Michele worked in DBM's Career Transition and Retention Services practices consulting with clients such as US Olympic Committee, Disney, Delta, Agilent, and Kaiser. She coordinated Internship Recruitment and Career Development at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab and provided career services at several colleges. Michele is part-time faculty at Antioch University and CSUN. Her B.A. is in English from UCSB and M.A. in Ed Psych: Counseling from Cal Poly SLO. She is active in the American Society for Training & Development and California Career Development Association and recently performed with Cornerstone Theater Company and the German-based Galli Group. |

Clients report an increased level of confidence and motivation from her personal approach to coaching. During her tenure working for community colleges, she provided support and advice to those interested in continuing their formal education and increasing their skills sets. Beverly has worked for Lee Hecht Harrison, the local One-Stop Career Centers, community colleges, and many private-sector organizations. Beth Levin is a seasoned career counselor and trainer, as well as an Occupational Therapist. She is passionate about career development. Beth is a versatile and resourceful transition and success expert with more than 15 years of coaching and counseling experience. She has worked as an instructor at local community colleges teaching career courses to students. As an associate with Lee Hecht Harrison, she counseled adults and led workshops on career transition. She has published book reviews for the Adult Development Career Development Network Journal including Taking Control of Your Nursing Career by Gail J. Donner and Mary Wheeler (Fall 2004). Beth has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology. In her community, she is a past president of Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad. |

Jeannette Maass has assisted clients explore, evaluate and initiate career options in both individual and organizational development situations throughout her 20+ year career. She has contributed to a variety of organizations — large and small, public and private as Director and Executive Director of Career Resources, Human Resources, Business Relations, Organizational Development and Adjunct Faculty. She developed and facilitated career exploration programs that promoted collaboration among employees and a better understanding of each organization. She has facilitated a variety of programs including career skills development, organizational climate studies, and a portion of the university, accreditation self-study process. Mary Van Hee is an accomplished workforce development professional with extensive experience in career development and workplace learning in diverse industries including health care, education, bio-tech and insurance. Mary's passion for helping others develop began early in her career as an Occupational Therapist. In her role as Career Counselor in education, she provided individual career counseling and facilitated career management workshops geared toward working learners. A lifelong learning champion, Mary brings expertise in assessment, career development, employee skill-building and program design and implementation. Her experience includes building partnerships with training providers and educational institutions to deliver targeted programs for learners. Mary has been instrumental in change management and cultural transition initiatives. Mary holds a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from University of Missouri, and M.B.A. from National University. She is active in American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and is past Programs Co-Director of ASTD San Diego Chapter. |
