The Emergency Department at the Kaiser Permanente Modesto Medical Center will be open 24/7 to serve the needs of the community. Its unique design features three “pods” of 12 private ED bays – for a total of 36 – each around its own designated nursing station. This design allows caregivers to remain just steps away from patients, providing a higher level of patient care.
