The Silent Witness Display is a multi-panel exhibit of stories contributed by Kaiser Permanente physicians, medical staff, and employees who have dealt with domestic violence. The display was developed to raise awareness about the impact of domestic violence and show the vital and positive role that colleagues and the workplace can offer.

3 Displays Options

 

Subset (Wings) Display

This ‘subset’ of the large display contains five stories and consists of three double-sided vertical cloth panels that are easy to transport and set up.
Each double-sided panel is approximately 7’ x 3’. The panels retract for easy transportation. Each of the three cloth panels has its own soft carrying case, which is 3’ long and weighs about 15 lbs.

Trilingual Display

This version is made up of 4 double-sided vertical cloth panels and contains 3 stories in English, 2 in Spanish and 2 in Chinese.

Each panel is 7' high by 3' wide and retracts for easy transportation.

 


Tabletop Display

This is the smallest, most portable version of the Silent Witness Display. It is ideal for presenting at a booth at conferences or other small presentation venues. The six connected one-sided panels are very light and collapse for easy transportation in a car. The display stands about 3’ tall and requires a table-top surface of at least 10’ long.

This brochure provides information about the Silent Witness display. It describes the purpose of the exhibit, and includes quotes from some of the stories. The brochure is ideal for media packets or for sharing information with all audiences.

Patient Brochure:
This brochure called "Everyone Deserves a Safe Relationship", is a Health Education brochure on domestic violence which includes: warning signs, encouragement to seek help, safety plan for leaving dangerous situations and crisis phone lines for 15 counties in Northern California.

Program Brochure:
This brochure describes the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Family Violence Prevention Program. It is useful when teaching facility administrators, new Kaiser Permanente domestic violence prevention team members, or health care providers about the program.
