CECILIA RUNKLE, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Runkle is a Training and Development Consultant with Physician Education and Development for Kaiser Permanente. She has worked for Kaiser Permanente for twenty-one years as a Health Educator and is currently working as a Curriculum Developer and faculty consultant to physicians in the area of clinician-patient communication.
