Community Troupe uses the elements and characters of our touring productions to provide valuable health information to children, teens, and adults at health fairs, community gatherings, grand openings, and other special events. Community Troupe is designed to bring audiences important health messages through the magic of drama, music, and dance.

Community Troupe Offerings

The Mascot Ambassadors of Health and Wellness are full-body costumed characters with human companions who promote healthier living with messages about physical activity, safety, and nutrition, whether they are
performing on stage, greeting children, or staffing a resource table.

The Kids Course is an indoor/outdoor obstacle course designed to make physical activity fun for children, ages 4 to 10. A Community Troupe emcee introduces the participant at the start of the course, cheers the child along the way, and emphasizes the goal at the end by asking the child how he or she can continue to be physically active.
