Innovation Consultancy
Innovation Consultancy is a team of individuals experienced in IDEO innovation methodology. IDEO’s innovation process is comprised of conducting research, storytelling, brainstorming, prototyping, and implementing. KP & IDEO have a three-year working history involving KP HealthConnect and Patient Care Services.
The Innovation Consultancy team engages clinicians and provides staff support in simulations at the Garfield Center as well as to develop and support innovation learning in “live” medical centers. The goal of the Consultancy team is to provide insight ultimately improving how KP HealthConnect, new facilities, and the patient care team interact.

KPIT's Innovation and Advanced Technology Group
The Innovation and Advanced Technology Group is tasked with identifying and assessing new and emerging technology that may be adopted by Kaiser in the delivery of care three to five years from now. By understanding emerging trends in technology, KP can better plan and prepare its infrastructure to support new technologies and paradigm shifts in the delivery of care.

Innovation Learning Network
The Innovation Learning Network (ILN) brings together the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country to share the joys and pains of innovation. Its purpose is to foster discussion on the methods and application of innovation/diffusion, ignite the transfer of ideas, and provide opportunities for inter-organizational collaboration.
The ILN start-up funding was provided through a generous grant by VHA Health Foundation in 2006, and has since moved to a membership fee based organization.
