This experience was the best, I mean best in every way, experience in all aspects of nursing I have had in the 17 years I have been an R.N. I realized I can make a difference by thinking and making it happen. That IT CAN HAPPEN, that I have the power and especially the knowledge because I work in the ‘trenches’ to make a difference for Kaiser patients. I have already made a big difference in the week I have been back to work since the dive. As I have already stated, this was the most valuable experience I have had in my career. It honestly was life changing Thank you
