As published in our 2010 Annual Report, Kaiser Permanente serves 8.7 million members in nine states (California,
Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington) and the District of Columbia. At year-end 2010 we had the following:

- Medical office buildings and outpatient facilities: 533 (ambulatory care)

- Operating revenue: $44.2 billion
- Net income: $2 billion
