Saralinda Jackson, RN, MSN, is an assistant medical group administrator for the East Bay Area with accountability for the Departments of Medicine, Allergy, Dermatology, and Radiation Oncology at Kaiser Permanente’s Oakland and Richmond Medical Centers, and the Pinole and Alameda Medical Offices. The Department of Medicine includes all adult primary care, chronic conditions management, and subspecialty clinics in the outpatient setting.

Saralinda has been with Kaiser Permanente for nine years, first as director of Continuum of Care at Oakland, which included accountability for Inpatient Discharge Planning and Utilization Management.

Saralinda has a wide-ranging clinical background in nursing. She began her nursing career at the University of California and worked in surgery, transplant, cardiothoracic and cardiovascular care, nursing education, and management. She is also a lecturer in nursing at California State University of the East Bay. Saralinda earned her bachelor's and master’s degrees in nursing from Holy Names University in Oakland, California.
