Anna-Lisa Silvestre, MPH

Anna-Lisa Silvestre is vice president of online services at Kaiser Permanente. She has developed and overseen the strategy for the organization’s Web presence since 1995. The award-winning www.kp.org enables more than 3 million active members to access their personal health record, email their doctor, and participate in health behavior programs, as well as including self-service account administration for employers and brokers.

Anna-Lisa received her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.  She is a member of Health Media, Inc. customer advisory board and has served on Google’s Health Advisory Council, the CCHIT standards committee, and the California Governor’s Task Force on Personal Health Records. Anna-Lisa is an invited presenter at conferences worldwide, including World Health Care Congress, IHI, AMIA, and Epic Users Group on online health care for consumers.
