Jennifer Slovis, MD

Jennifer Slovis, MD joined The Permanente Medical Group in 1999. Jennifer is board certified in Family Practice and completed her residency at the Georgetown University Family Practice Residency Program in Washington, D.C., where she also served as chief resident. In 2000, Jennifer was appointed assistant chief of medicine at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Oakland, California. She currently serves as assistant physician-in-chief at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Oakland. Jennifer is also an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and teaches medical students and residents. In addition to frequently presenting at community health forums, Jennifer practices primary care medicine and was named a physician favorite in the San Francisco Magazine Best of the Bay Area Guide 2004.
