Policies
Eligibility
Kaiser Permanente International Programs are open to all that apply and
developing nations are particularly encouraged to attend. Unfortunately,
due to the number of participants and a full agenda, our programs will be
conducted in English only. There will be no translation services during
meetings.
Payments
Payment is required prior to program attendance. Fees can be paid by credit
card, check or money order or wire transfer.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellation deadlines are posted for each program. If cancellations are
received prior to the deadline, participants receive a refund less
the administrative charge of $1200.00. This administrative charge
can not be applied to future programs; however, if a substitution
is sent the administrative charge will be waived.
Travel Arrangements
We ask that participants arrange their own travel to and from programs.
Registration and Personal Information
The information we gather during the registration process is used only
to inform our program and the program agenda. We do not share personal
information with other organizations.
