Questions & Answers

I'd like to know about customized study programs at Kaiser Permanente International. Who can I contact?

To develop a two-day customized study tour for a group of about 20 to 30 participants, please contact Joy Lewis for Washington, D.C., or Molly Porter for Southern California. If you bring a group of 10 or more to any program, your study tour leader will receive free registration, and—with enough advance notice—we will work with your leader to address your topics of interest. We look forward to working with you and your group!

Are there spaces left in the 2012 programs?

To make a reservation, you must provide the hotel with your credit card number, but your card will not be charged until your arrival. If you would like to extend your stay, the group rate may be valid for three days before and after the program dates, depending on room availability. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, be sure to notify the hotel at least two days prior to your check-in date in order to avoid a cancellation charge. Please contact the hotel directly if you have questions.
