From San Francisco
Take the Bay Bridge to Interstate 580.
Go east toward Hayward/Stockton.
Exit at Harrison/Oakland Street.
Follow Harrison, then turn right onto 21st Street.
Turn right onto Kaiser Plaza.

From Berkeley/Sacramento
Take Interstate 80 west toward Oakland.
Merge onto 580 east toward Hayward/Stockton.
Exit at Harrison/Oakland Street.
Follow Harrison, then turn right onto 21st Street.
Turn right onto Kaiser Plaza.

From Oakland Airport/San Jose
Take Interstate 880 north.
Exit at Oak Street (east). Make a right onto Oak Street.
Oak Street will become Lakeside.
Veer right on Lakeside and get into the left lane.
Turn left onto 21st Street.
Turn right onto Kaiser Plaza.

From Walnut Creek/Concord
Take Highway 24 west.
Merge onto to Interstate 580, east toward Hayward/Stockton.
Exit at Harrison/Oakland Street.
Follow Harrison, then turn right onto 21st Street.
Turn right onto Kaiser Plaza.

From Hayward/Stockton
Take Interstate 580 west.
Take Harrison exit. At the light, turn left onto Harrison.
Follow Harrison, then turn right onto 21st Street.
Turn right onto Kaiser Plaza.

From BART—19th Street Oakland Station
Depart from the station at 20th Street and Broadway.
Walk along 20th Street south (toward Lake Merritt) to Webster Street.
Turn left onto Webster. Go one block and turn right onto 21st Street.
Kaiser Plaza is one block straight ahead.

PARKING
There is a public parking lot directly across from One Kaiser Plaza. If the lot is full, you can use the parking lot on Webster Street between 23rd and 24th Streets, or the YMCA parking garage, with an entrance on Webster between 23rd and 24th Streets.

The easiest way to get to the Center for Total Health is by taxi or Metro (subway). If you drive, public parking is available at Union Station.

Three entrances share the address of 700 2nd Street NE. Be sure you enter through the Center for Total Health.

Directions from Union Station
Enter Union Station and head toward Amtrak Gate G.
Follow the signs to Kaiser Permanente’s Capitol Hill Medical Office Building.
At the entrance to Kaiser Permanente, go left toward the elevators.
Take the elevators to G (ground floor).
Exit to the sidewalk and turn left.
Walk two doors north to the Center for Total Health
