I just thought you might like to know that I played my first game of full court basketball with no issues to report. It was about 5 months after the hip impingement surgery.
This specific detail won’t make it into any questionnaires, but I thought you might find it compelling. I will say I was sore for three days in both legs and hips, but I think that was just the usual soreness one gets after hard basketball and when one hasn’t played for a while. A week later I feel excellent with no trace of soreness.
