It's a long list; his efforts have resulted in a virtual guarantee of same-day appointments in the Central Valley and better service at the Regional Appointment and Advice Call Center.
He's done all this (and more!) while serving five terms as Chief of Gastroenterology and Medicine, a department he grew from just five to a robust group of 90+ physicians.
Dr. Cornish has written two books: one is packed with practical advice about building an excellent health care team; the other serves as a guide to improve patient service and satisfaction.
