Dr. Knox has made numerous valuable contributions to Redwood City. In addition to being an outstanding ophthalmologist who provides compassionate and high quality care to our members, she is also our Chief of Member Service. Under her leadership, her colleagues and the staff at Redwood City have made the concept of superior service our mantra. She has also played a critical role in supporting newly hired physicians through her work implementing the “Pathways to Shareholder” program. This innovative program helps to support and acculturate newly hired physicians, as they begin their careers with TPMG. Outside of her practice and her leadership roles, she completed her first Olympic distance triathlon in June 2004, and participates in bicycle rides to support multiple sclerosis.
