Dr. Myers, one of TPMG’s most productive gastroenterologists, has played a major role in the success of San Rafael’s Gastroenterology Department. He created a highly successful notification program for gastrointestinal procedures that has led to the lowest fail-to-keep rate in the region. Although he recently retired, he has stepped into a valuable new role as a volunteer, teaching sigmoidoscopy to physicians in specialties other than Gastroenterology.
