Benefits of Kaiser Permanente HealthConnect®, My Health Manager, Featured in Video Series on YouTube

To coincide with the Sept. 1 launch of new Thrive ads, which focus on connectivity, Kaiser Permanente has published on YouTube a series of vignettes that provide a glimpse into the benefits of electronic health records.

Kaiser Permanente HealthConnect® and My Health Manager connect 8.6 million people to their health care teams, their personal information and the latest medical knowledge. The video series highlights how this level of connectivity enhances Kaiser Permanente’s ability to provide high-quality care at all times and in all places.

Throughout these video segments, Kaiser Permanente members and clinicians describe the difference that KP HealthConnect has made in their daily lives. They provide details about the enhanced ways that they provide and receive care; the higher level of patient safety; the more dependable access to vital information; the more efficient and satisfactory patient/provider relationships; and a greater sense of health care ownership.
