Kaiser Permanente Opening New Medical Offices in Lake, Stark and Portage Counties
CLEVELAND — Kaiser Permanente Ohio will open four new medical offices in Lake, Stark and Portage counties bringing their total number of medical offices in Northeast Ohio to 14. These new medical offices will provide members with adult and child primary care, laboratory, and pharmacy services.
The new medical offices are located at:
- North Canton Medical Offices (opening October, 2011) Gander Mountain Plaza, 4914 Portage Road, Green
- Mentor Medical Offices (opening October, 2011) 7695 Mentor Ave, Mentor
- Concord Medical Offices (opening November, 2011) 7536 Friedl Drive, Gristmill Village, Rte. 44 & I-90, Concord
- Ravenna Medical Offices (opening December 2011) located at Meadowview Square Shopping Center, 2500 State Rt. 59.

Details regarding hours of operation and the physicians who will be located at these new medical offices will be communicated to members in the coming months as the details are finalized.

Currently, Kaiser Permanente Ohio members are using electronic tools to manage their health. This includes connecting with their Kaiser Permanente physician using secure email, renewing prescriptions and making or changing appointments online.
