Keeping a Food Diary Doubles Diet Weight Loss, Kaiser Permanente Study Finds
The more food records people kept, the more weight they lost – it's the basic finding of this study, one of the largest and longest-running weight loss trials conducted. The study involved about 1,700 participants; the average weight loss among participants was 13 pounds over six months.
