“For more than 25 years, Kaiser Permanente’s partnership with INROADS has enabled us to attract and retain a talented and diverse slate of college graduates across the program,” said Jason Phillips, Kaiser Permanente's vice president of recruitment services.

INROADS is the nation’s largest nonprofit source of salaried corporate internships and provides diverse students with the business skills necessary to be successful in advanced careers. Since 1970, the Chicago-based nonprofit has placed 2,000 interns at more than 200 companies. Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to INROADS dates to 1986 and has been recognized by the organization with a “Best of Class” award every year for more than a decade.
