Podcast Previews SVP Christine Paige’s Feb. 3 Keynote at 2010 Employer Health and Human Capital Congress
Kaiser Permanente executive Christine Paige, PhD, will be a keynote speaker on Feb. 3 at the 5th Annual Employer Health & Human Capital Congress hosted by the World Congress in Washington, D.C.

Paige is Kaiser Permanente’s senior vice president for marketing and internet services. Her session, “Strategically Utilizing Technology to Enhance Health & Wellness Management,” will focus on increasing consumer adoption of personal health records, targeted messaging for better engagement of employees/members, integrating technology into programs to support self-management and facilitate behavior change, and exploring innovation to help manage chronic conditions.

About the Event
The Employer Health & Human Capital Congress, to be held Feb. 2 – 5, is the largest employer-focused World Congress event of the year. Senior human resources, benefits, and finance colleagues will gather in Washington, D.C., to hear from the nation’s largest and most progressive employers about best practices for improving employee health and performance. Subjects will include controlling health care costs without compromising quality and outcomes; improving health, wellness and performance; implementing creative benefits redesign strategies to deliver more value from benefits investments; developing a culture of health; and achieving demonstrable ROI from benefits programs. The 2010 Congress also will have a special focus on the health care policy reform debate and its implications on employer health and wellness initiatives.
