Nine Kaiser Permanente Physicians Among Atlanta's 'Top Doctors'
The annual list, compiled by an independent health care research firm, appears in the July edition of Atlanta magazine
ATLANTA — Atlanta magazine has once again recognized a group of Kaiser Permanente of Georgia physicians for being “Top Doctors.” This year, nine doctors from the Southeast Permanente Medical Group, which cares exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members, were recognized in the July issue.
Castle Connolly, an independent health care research company, compiled the list of top doctors based on votes by physicians from across the Atlanta area. Each survey respondent is asked to nominate physicians that exhibit exceptional clinical skills and commitment to patient care — those to whom they would send their own families.
“To earn such a high level of respect from metro Atlanta's diverse physician community is a tremendous achievement,” said Rob Schreiner, MD, executive medical director for Kaiser Permanente of Georgia. “We strive to provide the highest quality care to our patients, and having top-notch doctors who thrive within our medical group’s collaborative culture is central to achieving that goal.”
