Kaiser Permanente Expands Access to Physician Care
Christopher Stefanelli, MD, specialist in pediatric cardiology, joins the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group
HONOLULU — Kaiser Permanente Hawaii today announced that Christopher Stefanelli, MD, will join the physicians at the Moanalua Medical Center as the second pediatric cardiologist, along with Colin Petko, MD. He joins over 450 physicians and providers of the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, the state’s largest multi-specialty medical group, providing comprehensive care to Kaiser Permanente Hawaii’s 227,000-plus members.
Dr. Stefanelli earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Seattle Children’s Hospital in Washington, and his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the University of Michigan. He is board certified in pediatric cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics
