Kaiser Permanente Hawaii to Open New Behavioral Health Services Office

New BHS location at 2073 Wells St., Suite 101, in Wailuku opens on July 10

WAILUKU, Maui, Hawaii — Kaiser Permanente Hawaii’s new Behavioral Health Services location in Wailuku was blessed today during a traditional Hawaiian ceremony. Mary Hew, clinic operations director for Neighbor Island clinics, was joined by BHS physicians, staff and community leaders in a ceremony that included a blessing by Kahu Celo Bustillos. The new BHS office is located at 2073 Wells St., Suite 101, in Wailuku and will be open for patients on Tuesday, July 10, 2012.

“Kaiser Permanente is committed to improving access to quality care for the community of Maui and all of our members,” said Hew. “Combining research and clinical expertise, our team approach to health care is focused on our patients’ total health.”

Eleven Kaiser Permanente professionals, including physicians, clinical social workers, counselors and administrative support staff are located at the new 2,700-square-foot Wells Street BHS office.
