In addition to overseeing the company’s relations with its 30 unions, he has been spearheading the development of the company’s first-ever People Strategy, intended to help drive top business performance by strategically focusing on improving and streamlining people-related tools, systems and processes.
"Through his leadership, Paul Records is building a highly effective human resources practice at Kaiser Permanente," said KFHP/H Chairman and Chief Executive Officer George C. Halvorson. "He is helping us achieve our cornerstone goal of becoming the best place to work, recognizing that in order for us to provide the best care to our members and service to our communities we also must provide a dynamic and supportive workplace to our employees. We value Paul's tremendous experience and passion for excellence, and are glad he's with us."
