Kaiser Permanente class helps people live well with chronic health problems
CLACKAMAS, Ore. – Learn to live a healthier, more productive life in spite of a chronic health condition through skills presented in a Kaiser Permanente class. Over six sessions, participants will learn to manage symptoms, lessen fatigue and frustration, and communicate more effectively with health care providers. Classes are from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Thursday from May 15 through June 19 at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center, 10180 SE Sunnyside Road in Clackamas. Cost is $35 (a support person is also welcome to attend at no extra charge although class materials will be provided only to registered participants). To register, please call 503-286-6816.
