Kaiser Permanente offers class on dealing with anger
VANCOUVER, Wash. – Learn to control anger in positive ways in Kaiser Permanente's Dealing With Anger class. The eight sessions include practicing anger-management techniques and stress reduction.. All sessions are 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, starting May 27 through July 15. Location is Kaiser Permanente's Cascade Park Medical Office, 12607 SE Mill Plain Blvd., in east Vancouver.
