Physician joins Kaiser Permanente in east Multnomah County
PORTLAND, Ore. – Rowena Manalo, MD, has joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group. She practices in the family practice department at Kaiser Permanente's Rockwood Medical Office in east Multnomah County. Dr. Manalo most recently practiced at Mill Creek Family Practice Clinic, in Edmonds, Wash.
