Physician joins Kaiser Permanente in Clackamas
Kristina Azar, DO
CLACKAMAS, Ore. – Kristina Azar, DO, has joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group as a family practice physician. She will practice at Kaiser Permanente's Mt. Scott Medical Office in Clackamas. Dr. Azar completed her residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She was most recently a hospitalist with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in California.
