Surgeon and internist join Kaiser Permanente in Vancouver
VANCOUVER, Wash. – Surgeon Michael J. O'Toole, MD, and internal medicine physician Mauricio Quintero, MD, have joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group. Dr. O'Toole will practice at Kaiser Permanente's Mill Plain One Medical Office in Vancouver and Dr. Quintero will be at Kaiser Permanente's Cascade Park Medical Office.

Dr. O'Toole completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Colorado. Most recently he was in practice as a partner with the Clackamas Surgical Associates, Inc.
Dr. Quintero completed his residency in family practice at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He also completed a residency in internal medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Kaiser Permanente is a group practice health care organization serving the health care needs of about 450, 000 people in Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon.
