Dentist joins Kaiser Permanente in Salem
Mark Haskell, DDS
SALEM, Ore. – Mark Haskell, DDS, has joined Kaiser Permanente's dental group in Salem. Dr. Haskell will practice general dentistry at Kaiser Permanente's North Lancaster Dental Office.
A graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, he also completed an advanced general dentistry residency at Fort Lewis, Washington. He has served as a brigade dental surgeon and most recently as a general dental officer with the U.S. Army Dental Corps.
