Physician joins Kaiser Permanente
Leslie Stevens, DO
SALEM, Ore. – Leslie Stevens, DO, has joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group in Salem. Dr. Stevens is an osteopath practicing at Kaiser Permanente's North Lancaster Medical Office, 2400 Lancaster Road N.
Dr. Stevens earned her degree at Western University Health Sciences' College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She joined Kaiser Permanente after completing a family practice residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland.
