Orthopedic surgeon joins Kaiser Permanente
David Forsythe, MD
SALEM, Ore. – David Forsythe, MD, has joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group in Salem. Dr. Forsythe is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon practicing at Kaiser Permanente's Skyline Medical Office, 5125 Skyline Road S.
Dr. Forsythe completed his surgical residency at the Medical College of Georgia. He went on to become a staff orthopedist at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., before joining Kaiser Permanente earlier this year.
Kaiser Permanente is a group practice health care organization founded in 1945 and serving the health care needs of more than 450,000 people in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
