Physician joins Kaiser Permanente
Shobana Rajagopal, MD
HILLSBORO, Ore. – Shobana Rajagopal, MD, has joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group in Hillsboro. Dr. Rajagopal practices at Kaiser Permanente's Sunset Medical Office, 19400 NW Evergreen Parkway. She completed her residency in family medicine at Southern Illinois University.
