Optometrist joins Kaiser Permanente medical group in Longview
LONGVIEW, Wash. – Optometrist Jeffrey Shrock, OD, has joined the Kaiser Permanente medical group. Dr. Shrock, who is board certified, practices at Kaiser Permanente’s Longview-Kelso Medical Office in Longview. Dr. Shrock earned his optometry degree at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore., and did his optometry preceptorship at the Portland Veterans Medical Center. He is a member of the Washington Association of Optometric Physicians and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
