Kaiser Permanente offers weight management classes in Vancouver, Hillsboro and Tualatin
Design your own weight management program around strategies that work best for you in classes offered by Kaiser Permanente
The five-week course will be held 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays from Nov. 15 through Dec. 13 at Kaiser Permanente's Salmon Creek Medical Office, 14406 NE 20th Avenue in Vancouver. In Hillsboro, the five-week course will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Mondays from Nov. 7 through Dec. 5 at Kaiser Permanente's Sunset Medical Office, 19400 NW Evergreen Parkway in Hillsboro's Tanasbourne district. Cost is $60 for Kaiser Permanente members and $95 for the general public. To register, please call Kaiser Permanente toll free at 1-866-301-3866.
In Tualatin, the five-week course will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Mondays from Nov. 14 through Dec. 12 at the Tualatin Medical Office, 19185 SW 90th.
