Physician joins Kaiser Permanente in Beaverton

BEAVERTON, Ore. – David H. Lee, MD, has joined Kaiser Permanente's medical group in Washington County. Dr. Lee practices at Kaiser Permanente's Beaverton Medical Office, 4855 SW Western Avenue. Dr. Lee completed his residency at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
