Kaiser Permanente Opens Murrayhill Medical Office, Adds to West Side Presence
PORTLAND, Ore. — Kaiser Permanente will address a growing need for family medicine and pediatric care on the West Side with the new Murrayhill Medical Office in Beaverton, located at 11200 SW Murray Scholls Pl. (near the intersection of Murray Blvd. and Scholls Ferry Rd.)
There will be a ribbon cutting at the new facility on Thursday, October 8, from 11:30 a.m. to Noon. Guided tours will be offered immediately after.
The Murrayhill office will be convenient place for families with routine medical concerns. Key features at the 16,000 square foot facility include 20 large exam rooms, a laboratory for basic diagnostic tests, a pharmacy, and a lactation room.
It’s all part of Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to an expanded presence on the West Side, including construction of a new hospital in Hillsboro. The efforts haven’t gone unnoticed by local officials. “We’re very pleased”, said Beaverton Mayor Denny Doyle, “that a major employer like Kaiser Permanente is strengthening its operations and commitment to quality health care and job development in Beaverton and Washington County.”
The Murrayhill Medical Office will be the latest place to gain access to Kaiser Permanente’s outstanding model of care, complete with electronic medical records and integrated, team approach to health.
