Kaiser Permanente Colorado President Named One of Denver's Outstanding Women in Business
DENVER – Kaiser Permanente Colorado's president, Donna Lynne, was honored by the Denver Business Journal as one of the city's "Outstanding Women in Business." She was selected among 200 nominees and took home honors in the health care category.
Lynne, who has served as president of Kaiser Permanente Colorado since 2005, was recognized for her leadership in growing the health plan's reach and expanding community benefit services for Coloradans. Colleagues in the community remarked that her exceptional communications skills and ambition made Lynne a great business leader, partner, and friend.
The publication honored Lynne and 11 other award winners at an Aug. 7 event that drew more than 650 people.
The Denver Business Journal profiled Lynne in its Aug. 8 edition. The article recognized Lynne's many business accomplishments and willingness to take on challenges – from a historic agreement to add to a new hospital network to hiking Mount Kilimanjaro in 2007.
