About the Artist

"Spring" by Wuhao (Taki) Tu, MD.

Dr. Tu is a retired Nephrologist-Internist. He worked for The Permanente Medical Group from 1962-1988. This oil painting entitled, "Spring," was done some years ago in the moment of excitement when he came upon an open field of the foothill of Mount Diablo in the East Bay of Northern California. He states, "It was simply my reaction to the dancing light and the life of the early spring."
