HARRY S. MILLER, MD, is the CMI Physician Manager for the Kaiser Permanente Northeast Division (KPNE), and practices pediatrics at the Warren Paley Health Center.
	WILLIAM A. GARDINER, is the Quality Manager for KPNE, Capital Area. He assists in the coordination, development, and implementation of disease management programs and quality improvement studies.
	ARACELIS D. FERNANDEZ, MD, is a third-year fellow in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at The New York Hospital – Cornell University. She did her pediatric residency at The Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center.
