Dr Fuson is an Internist at the Oakland Medical Center in CA. Dr Fuson,
a lifelong photographer, became interested in night photography after
discovering The Nocturnes, a Bay Area group dedicated to night photography.
This photograph was taken from the roof of the parking garage at the
Oakland Medical Center with ambient light at f8.0, 8 seconds.
Dr Fuson uses minimal digital adjustments.
