ROBERT A. SENFT, MD, is a general internist with additional certification by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He has practiced with Northwest Permanente for almost 30 years and has been involved with physician health for more than 10 years.
	KATHRYN EVERS, MD, is a psychiatrist who has practiced for 20 years with Northwest Permanente, where she has counseled many physicians and their families. A past department chief, she now serves as chairman of the Physician Health Committee.
	ROBERT J. SAVERY, MA, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist. For more than 15 years he has specialized in treating impairment and substance abuse in professionals. He also has experience in delivery of employee assistance services.
